NIVAS Study Day - Vascular Access in Clinical Practice

From peripheral cannulation to long term vascular access this event benefited all levels of skill in the insertion, use and maintenance of vascular access devices in clinical practice. The study day covered current practices in peripheral cannulation, vein location technology such as ultrasound and infrared and PICC insertion techniques. There was an opportunity to participate in practical workshops and taught theory sessions.
This study day was aimed at any healthcare professionals or clinicians who are involved with vascular access devices in clinical practice.
